Some of you out there may be wondering why I have not mentioned exercise. I have two very good reasons for not thinking about exercise at this time.
1. It is my experience that exercise does not help with actual weight loss, body reshaping - yes, weight loss - no. Exercise may actually work against you since exercising makes you hungry.
2. I have three small children and there is a major renovation going an around my place. It takes a lot to keep up with my girls, and I have been moving tonnes of dirt around my property using only a shovel, wheelbarrow and my own brute strength almost daily. As far as I'm concerned I'm getting a good enough workout. The body aches.
Don't get me wrong I will develop a more formal exercise/ body reshaping routine once I start seeing some results. Until then I probably wont talk about it again.
